We offer commercial-grade service robots that help hospitality businesses in the areas of waitressing, bussing & food running, room delivery, cleaning, and greeting/promotion. 

Our robots are used by some of the best hotel, restaurant, retail, supermarket, and office space businesses to improve time and quality of service for their customers.

Currently the robots in our fleet that are programmable with elevators are our commercial cleaning robot CC1 and our building delivery robot FlashBot.

We recommend operating the robots indoors for longevity of the robot. However, the robots are waterproof and equipped with suspension systems that allows them to navigate uneven surfaces in terraces and cover areas up to 430,000 square feet. Outdoor spaces must be designed with accessibility in mind, equipped with ramps to allow the robots to navigate.

The robots in our fleet use an electric vehicle suspension system to enhance stability and deal with more unexpected scenarios and surfaces. The robots operate in accessibility-forward layouts with ramps and level surfaces.

Our robots are used by some of the best hotel, restaurant, retail, supermarket, and office space businesses to improve time and quality of service for their customers.

Technology?

Yes. While the robots’ features are best optimized with wi-fi, they can operate without it no problem. 

Yes. Robots can use Bluetooth to connect the external stereo and play sounds. 

They use an Android OS. 

The robots use a dual SLAM technology, supporting both laser SLAM and visual SLAM positioning to adapt to more environmental scenarios. 

Service?

Little. The maintenance frequency impacts robots’ life and appearance, thus it is important to clean the critical parts of the robot regularly, such as cleaning the screen with a soft tissue or cotton cloth.  

Our goal is to provide peace of mind when you purchase our robots. We offer a White Glove Support Package which covers free maintenance of parts and technical support, subject to the plan’s warranty policies.  

The White Glove Support Package includes: 

  • Installation or mapping support
  • Technical software troubleshooting
  • Warranty coverage for the duration of the contract term
  • Access to our Customer Success hot line to train your staff, develop new routes, uses, enable features, and get the most out of robot staff
